Four days immersed in triathlon at Herdade da Cortesia, combining training, recovery, learning and community in an environment designed for sport.
Four days of triathlon in Cascais, training in iconic locations and experiencing key elements of the IRONMAN Portugal course one week before race day.
Set in the Alentejo countryside, Herdade da Cortesia gives us the space to step away from everyday life and focus on what matters: training, recovery, learning and sharing the experience with other women.
Everything happens in one environment — creating four days designed around triathlon, performance and connection.
Technique, efficiency and quality sessions in the water.
Structured rides focused on endurance, technique and execution.
Running sessions combining technique, endurance and quality work.
Dedicated time and activities to recover between sessions.
Practical workshops around performance, nutrition and women in endurance sport.
Train, eat, learn and share the experience with a small group of women.
Training groups and sessions adapted to different levels, rhythms and goals.
For four days, Herdade da Cortesia becomes our base for the entire experience — a place where training, recovery, meals, learning and time together naturally become part of the same routine.
Four days of triathlon in Cascais, combining ocean, roads, race-course knowledge and the energy of one of Portugal’s most iconic endurance destinations.
From the Atlantic coast to the roads of the Serra de Sintra, the camp is designed to experience Cascais through swim, bike and run — with training adapted to each athlete’s level and goals.
Train in the Atlantic environment, including a session at the iconic 100-metre ocean pool at Arribas, subject to conditions and availability.
Ride through Cascais and the surrounding region, including relevant sections of the IRONMAN Portugal bike course.
Run in Cascais with focus on technique, pacing and execution.
For athletes racing the following week, sessions will be adapted to the pre-race period and race preparation.
